Gennaro Gattuso: I Quit Because Alessandro Nesta & Massimiliano Allegri

Former AC Milan midfielder Gennaro Gattuso has revealed the reason why he left the San Siro.

Italian midfielder said he and Alessandro Nesta to leave Milan because it is no longer desired by the coach Massimiliano Allegri, although the club still want to retain them.
"Nesta and I do not want to leave because Allegri us," said Gattuso, who joined the Swiss club Sion.

"Before we are willing to lower wages because they say we do not want to leave, now they complain because we were leaving. I do not want controversy, I have a good relationship with Max, but I was still a good player."

"The club wanted to retain me, but if the person who gave the order in the locker room to think differently, then it will be difficult."
